A/Prof. Anniruddh Deshpande
Dr Aniruddh Deshpande is a clinician researcher who holds an appointment in Paediatric Urology and Surgery at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney.Aniruddh is passionate about improving treatment outcomes and treatment experience for children and carers with urinary tract problems, especially complex and refractory bladder problems. He has pioneered ambulatory and non-invasive urodynamics in New South Wales and supports the multidisciplinary Urinary Incontinence Service at the Westmead Children’s Hospital. Aniruddh has been awarded a PhD from the University of Sydney on Disorders of the Urinary Bladder in Children and has subsequently developed a strong clinical and research track record in the area of paediatric urology and urinary incontinence in children.

Dr Harpreet Kaur Arora is a consultant Gynaecologist and an accredited advanced laparoscopic surgeon, with staff appointment at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She also has admitting and operating rights at Mater Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital. She has extensive experience in medical and surgical management of all benign gynaecological conditions such as fibroids, AUB and abnormal cervical cytology. She offers hysteroscopic resection and laparoscopic hysterectomy for fibroids and colposcopy for abnormal cervical cytology at the clinic. She specialises in vaginal and laparoscopic Urogynaecology and pelvic floor repair surgery for managing prolapse and incontinence.

Dr Caudwell-Hall is a Consultant obstetrician/Gynaecologist at Nepean Hospital and runs the public Urogynaecology clinic at this hospital. She has a special interest in pelvic floor ultrasound, and all areas of Uro-Gynae surgery.She was recently awarded a PhD for her thesis on “Pelvic floor trauma in childbirth”. She is a mother of three beautiful children including twins!

Dr Amanda Chung is a urological surgeon who cares for general urology patients. She also has a special interest and further subspecialty qualifications in urogenital reconstruction (such as urethral stricture), functional urology (such as lower urinary tract symptoms, incontinence and erectile dysfunction) and neurourology for both women and men. Amanda joined Sydney Urological Associates in 2018 and operates at Sydney Adventist Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital and Macquarie University Hospital. She has consulting rooms at Wahroonga, St Leonards and Mona Vale. She is also the Network Director of Surgical Skills Program for the Northern Sydney Local Health District. Her academic positions include Clinical Senior Lecturer at Macquarie University and as tutor and examiner for medical students at the Northern Clinical School, Sydney Medical School, The University of Sydney. Dr Chung has been the author or co-author of over 20 peer reviewed publications, the most recent of which was “Intralesional Collagenase Clostridium histolyticum Causes Meaningful Improvement in Men with Peyronie’s Disease: Results of a Multi-Institutional Analysis (April 2019). She is credited with almost 100 peer-reviewed meeting abstracts, presentations and invited speaking appearances in both local and international conferences such as the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, American Urological Association, European Association of Urology, Society of International Urology, and World Congress of Endourology.

Karina is a Nurse Practitioner in private practice specialised in urology and continence with over 30 years of specialty experiences in inpatient and outpatient care at the Concord Repatriation General Hospital SLHD NSW. She has completed her Master of Nursing Nurse Practitioner University of Sydney and is a Clinical Lecturer of Concord Medical School, NSW. She has post-graduate qualifications in urology, gerontology, continence management, health education, assessment, and training. She is passionate about education and mentoring so that nurses can become the best nurses possible to support the care team, patients, and caregivers
