Tammie Jones
Tammie Jones is a Registered Nurse since 1998, has held the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology since 2017 and advanced to Clinical Nurse Consultant Level 3 in Urology for her Health district in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, she coordinated outpatient services across multiple specialties, including Urology, ENT, General Surgery, OMF, Vascular and Ophthalmology. Tammie leads initiatives in Hospital Acquired Complication (HAC)12 and Medication Safety and served as a Lecturer, tutor, and course coordinator at the University of Newcastle from 2007 to 2020. She has been the recipient of employee recognition and excellence in teaching awards as well as best new presenter at the USANZ/ANZUNS ASM 2024. She is driven by aspirations in quality improvement, leadership, and innovative thinking.
Jennifer Mojica
Urology Clinical Nurse Consultant, Royal North Shore

Jennifer is currently working as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Urology at Royal North Shore Hospital. She completed a Bachelor of Nursing in Australian Catholic University in 2007. In 2016, she finished a Master of Advanced Nursing at University of Technology Sydney, then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Oncology Nursing at University of Tasmania in 2021. Jennifer is currently studying a Master of Nurse Practitioner at Flinders University.
She is passionate about urological health and education. She is an active member of NUNS/ANZUNS, and is the Education Officer for ANZUNS NSW-ACT Section.

Stomal Therapy Clinical Nurse Consultant, Hastings/Macleay Community Health, Kempsey
Maria has been working in Stomal Therapy for over 30 years, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She is currently running clinics based in Kempsey and Port Macquarie Community Health Centre's for the Macleay Hastings areas.
The service provides Pre-op, Stomal Therapy consultation/ siting of stoma, post-op education/management, and ongoing issues.
She coordinates a regular community 'Ostomy Support Group' held in Port Macquarie, providing a range of educational topics.
Tube feeding clinics are provided monthly offering PEG tube/ skin care and balloon tube changes.
Casey Luke
Stomal Therapy Clinical Nurse Specialist, Hastings Community Health - Mid North Coast Local Health District
Casey is a Stomal Therapy Nurse with over 20 years of experience, specializing in care for individuals with all types of stomas, including ileostomy, colostomy, urostomy, and feeding tubes.
She has worked in both hospital and community settings, including seven years in the community, where she served as a Clinical Nurse Educator with Community Nursing and more recently as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Stomal Therapy at Port Macquarie Community Health.
Casey focuses on providing education, support, and expert care to ostomates, both pre and post-operatively, with a strong emphasis on helping patients gain independence in managing their own care. She believes in empowering patients to become autonomous and showing them that living with a stoma is both possible and positive. Additionally, she uses her solid understanding of technology to offer virtual support, enabling patients to receive care from home and manage their stoma confidently.

Karina has over 35 years of advanced urologic nursing experience supporting health care clinicians and patients in various healthcare settings in NSW. She is a speaker and facilitator in local, interstate and international conferences and workshops. She is the co-author of chapter books, clinical led in the development of clinical practice guidelines and nursing toolkits.
Karina embraces ongoing improvement in health care through education, innovation and resource development, with a keen focus on delivering safe and high-quality nursing care.
